The Medical Center will be part of the TeleHealth Network globally.
Each tenant will design their own facilities so that the end result is exactly what is as required by them.
Yet the facilities will be integrated like a Medical Mall.
  

The vision of the entire project is to provide a designer community where one will enjoy all the  comforts of home, safe, secure and peaceful. A place that will enable the experts in the whole life and wellness fields to come to Costa Rica and bring their individual expertise with them offering an opportunity for the visitors and residents alike. This will be accomplished through preventative maintenance programs, diet and lifestyle education, participation programs, as well as offering facilities for leading edge medical research in new treatments and techniques.


This facility is located on a carefully selected site where the tranquil view of the calming ocean will enhance every room.
The site also offers an alternate view to a man made lake and gardens that will present a peaceful surrounding.

The site will have a small general hospital c/w a heliport and numerous specialists offices.

The center will be for the use of all guests at Puerto Pedregosa and public use of Costa Rica.

LIFESTYLE PROGRAMS:

Puerto Pedregosa is a place that will enable the experts in the whole life and wellness fields to come to Costa Rica and bring their individual expertise with them offering an opportunity for the visitors and residents alike. This will be accomplished through preventative maintenance programs, diet and lifestyle education, participation programs, as well as offering facilities for leading edge medical research in new treatments and techniques.


This facility will be the heart of the Lifestyle Programs that provide the education to create an alternative lifestyle for the client, including the coordination of the crafts and nature tours. There will be different levels of programs (to encourage return visits) and tailored for individual use programs. These specifically designed programs can be customized by the medical center or designed by outside experts at the request from client organizations. For example: corporate retreats or conventions that offer an "anti stress" program or other regimented programs that will be designed to the company’s specifications.


Potential clients for the various wellness services include corporations, clubs, associations, governmental organizations, and charitable organizations. The organization would book a time block for their participants and divide their time between their own business and the customized program. There will be an ongoing "general fitness and wellness program" that will be offered as a matter of daily routine. This will include personal analysis of one’s lifestyle, and how one can improve on it. It will include an inventory of one’s habits and offer a menu of alternative courses that one may wish to participate in. The instruction and guidance can be as broad as the clients want: from how to grow healthy food, to selecting the correct foods, to identifying vitamin and mineral deficiencies and how to correct them, to recovering heart surgery patients that must learn an entirely new life style.
